Echipa Integrity Meter România
Echipa Integrity Meter România este formată din specialiști în domeniul resurselor umane în general și al recrutării în special, precum și în servicii de prevenire a pierderilor în cadrul companiilor.
Cu studii de specialitate în psihologie și arii complementare, aceștia au ocupat de-a lungul carierelor lor funcții de Director Resurse Umane, Director Securitate, Manager Îmbunătățire Procese, Auditor al Managementului Calității.
Experiența dobândită în cadrul unor companii cu un număr mare de angajați și procese de recrutare continue și complexe, i-a determinat să identifice și să aducă pe piața româneasca Integrity Meter, un instrument de recrutare interactiv, atât de necesar profesioniștilor din aria Resurselor Umane și cea a Prevenirii Pierderilor.
Alături de echipa Integrity Meter se află colaboratorii cu experiență în domenii conexe pentru ca dumneavoastră să beneficiați de o paletă completă de servicii, incluzând dar nelimitându-se la: screening pre-angajare, verificări de fond, examinări poligraf, intervievare în urma testării și intervievare comportamentală.
În decembrie 2019, firmei Integrity Meter România i-a fost aprobată alocarea "Codului NATO de agent economic" pentru a fi utilizat în cadrul Sistemului de Codificare NATO.

O evaluare corectă și cuprinzătoare a integrității

Current analysis, supervision and control
Integrity Meter provides the organization's personnel and security experts with a variety of tests that allow them to conduct comprehensive analysis and monitoring from the moment the employee is admitted into the organization and throughout all stages of his/her employment:

Pre-employment Test - a decision-supporting tool during analysis and recruitment, used before the employee is admitted into the organization. It includes a wide variety of topics related to personal values and integrity, including occupational background and criminal records. The test is fully customized to the organization's needs.

Periodical Test - a tool to asses reliability and credibility of existing employees of the organization. The test is adapted to each position.

Complementary tests - background checks, occupational integrity questioning, CV verification, etc.


Menachem Gozlan
Owner
An employee-evaluation, polygraph and investigation expert, with professional training from the General Security Service, and with proven work experience since 1976. Mr. Gozlan has also had professional training in psychology, physiology and pharmacology. In the past he served as Head of the Defense Establishment Investigations Department. Mr. Gozlan is a member of the Israeli and the American Polygraph Examiners Associations.
Since 1987, Mr. Gozlan has been providing reliability services (employee evaluation, questioning, background checks and polygraph tests) to private companies and to courts.
The Integrity Meter system was established based on Mr. Gozlan's extensive knowledge and experience.

Dotan Shavit
Owner
A software development expert, with rich experience in developing communication-based systems and information security.
Since 1997, Mr. Shavit has accumulated a great deal of experience in developing Unix/Linux-based systems and server-client softwares.
Mr. Shavit started his professional career as a software developer at MINT, a software infrastructure supplier to banks around the world, and even represented MINT in investigating technical/technological events in leading banks around the world.
The technological infrasturcture of the Integrity system is based on Mr. Shavit's professional knowledge and experience.

Eran Laufer
CEO
An economics and management B.A. graduate, Mr. Laufer was one of the founders of Emka Card Systems Company and served as its national sales director for seventeen years. In the course of his duty, Mr. Laufer worked with the largest companies in Israel and managed a turnover amounting to tens of millions of shekels.
Thanks to his activity, Emka Card Systems became the largest PVC card manufacturer in the Middle East.
Mr. Laufer was also one of the founders of the Israel Police Diving Unit and even served as its chief for seven years. He also served as the Diving Association's chairman between the years 2006-2016.

בעלים
מומחה לפיתוח תוכנה, בעל נסיון עשיר בפיתוח מערכות מבוססות תקשורת ואבטחת מידע.
החל משנת 1997, צבר מר שביט ניסיון רב בפיתוח מערכות מבוססות Unix/Linux ותוכנות שרת-לקוח.
מר שביט החל את דרכו המקצועית כמפתח תוכנה בחברת MINT, ספקית תשתיות תוכנה לבנקים ברחבי העולם, ואף ייצג אותה בחקירת אירועים טכניים\טכנולוגיים בבנקים מובילים בעולם.
התשתית הטכנולוגית של מערכת אינטגריטי מטר מבוססת על הידע והניסיון המקצועי של מר שביט.

מנחם גוזלן
בעלים
מומחה להערכת עובדים, פוליגרף וחקירות, בעל הכשרה מקצועית מטעם שירות הביטחון הכללי וניסיון מוכח מאז 1976. כמו כן, מר גוזלן הינו בעל הכשרה מקצועית בפסיכולוגיה, בפיסיולוגיה ובפרמקולוגיה. בעברו, שימש כראש מחלקת חקירות במערכת הביטחון, מר גוזלן חבר באיגוד בודקי הפוליגרף הישראלי.
מאז שנת 1987, עוסק במתן שירותי מהימנות (הערכת עובדים, תשאולים, בדיקות רקע ובדיקות פוליגרף) לגופים פרטיים ובתי משפט.
מערכת אינטגריטי מטר הוקמה על בסיס הידע והניסיון הנרחבים של מר גוזלן.

שני אסבאן
מנהלת תפעול
החלה את דרכה בעולם המהימנות בשנת 2006 עם גיוסה לצה"ל - יחידת בטחון מידע - מדור אבחון ביטחוני.
מאז ועד היום עוסקת בתחום המהימנות.
במהלך השנים עבדה בעיקר בגופים ביטחוניים כמו צה"ל וחטיבת אלתא בתעשייה האוירית.
בשנת 2016 הצטרפה לצוות המתשאלים בחברת אינטגריטי מטר ובשנת 2017 מונתה כמנהלת התפעול בחברה .

ערן לאופר
מנכ"ל
בעל תואר ראשון בכלכלה וניהול. נמנה על מקימי חברת אמקה קארד מערכות ושימש כמנהל המכירות הארצי שלה במשך 17 שנים. במסגרת תפקידו, עבד מר לאופר מול החברות והגופים הגדולים במשק וניהל מחזור מכירות בהיקף של עשרות מיליוני ש"ח.
בעקבות פעילותו, הפכה אמקה קארד לחברת ייצור כרטיסי ה-PVC הגדולה במזרח התיכון.
מר לאופר נמנה גם על מקימי יחידת הצלילה של משטרת ישראל ואף שימש כמפקדה במשך 7 שנים. כמו כן, שימש כיו"ר ההתאחדות לצלילה, בין השנים 2006-2016.
