Implementing Integrity Meter tests in our recruitment process resulted in a high return on investment, providing added value and reducing cost. On one hand, it helped us keep a lower employee turnover, minimizing the cost of repeated recruitment and induction processes. On the other hand, its use led to a decrease of the costs generated by employing an unsuitable person for the job.
